I recently bought 2 packets of Satin squares in Poundland, but not sure how they can be incorporated into card making, so I am adding the images here, and if you have any idea's please feel free to share with me your thoughts on this.

ReplyDeleteHi Laura - I always try to mention Stores where I find great bargains - and Poundland always has some great bargains. My local Branch is Coalville - which I wish was much bigger, as it is only a small shop in our shopping centre. But I am often in the Beaumont Leys - Leicester store as well. I may well visit the Leicester City main store tomorrow to see what else I can find - you just never know what can be hiding in the bigger stores. I bought some lovely handmade papers and sequins recently as well - really fat packets of sequins - they will last me forever.
ReplyDeleteI also buy the A4 140gsm Card for printing out decoupage sheets I design and make, and it gives a quality look to the work. I just wish they had the card in all the time, as sometimes it's not on the shelf for weeks and weeks, which can be rather annoying.
I hope that by putting the images on my blog it makes it easier for others who might be interested to know what to look for.
It would be great if you could increase the range and amount of Craft items in your stores, as Craft shops can be few and far between in some parts of the Country, and many could be like me on a limited income, so any saving we make on our craft items is an exciting bonus.
Yeah I also use poundland for my crafting. dissapointed a lot of stuff in my friends stores and not ours. love more card and any other items thats available elsewhere.
